UPDATE: v10.3 is in progress.....we updated the marketing options to include Google and META FB tracking.

Also updated is the Social Media Share Buttons for the success pages.

I released version 10.1 way back in March 2025, here we are into November 2025 and I have an update for version 10.2.

Version 2 solves a few problems for users.....

First off I have improved the Pop Up Marketing page to allow the Administrator to upload and select a background image for the marketing Popup and also the ability to choose a Background Color if a background image is not required.

In order to select an image I have also added a Media Up-loader page. This will be extremely helpful for users who need to reference images like that of the Pop Ups or just the Homepage editor.

Let me remind you how the Administrator can quickly create a pop up message.

In the Static Pages edit...create a static page and use the WYSIWYG editor to create your text.

-Take a note of the page ID.

-Goto the Pop Ups editor page and enter the target page e.g index.php?cPath=123

-Enter the static page ID.

-Quickly select a strong background color from the picker. 

-Test the pop up, checkbox and SAVE. 

I was a asked by a user to create a Open-Sales Scheduler, now the Administrator can set a Date & Time they want particular Events to be launched automatically. Set it for 6am in the morning, no need to set your alarm and go online to open sales :)

Another useful page is the Password Reset Log. This page will list the last 20 RESET requests. At busy times, account holders claim to receive no Password Reset email. Although the Password retrieval system in osConcert works fine at least the Administrator can identify with the customer and RESEND a password or set a new password for the irate customer. 

September we added the Assign Menu Products for General Admission Events. So we have a General Ticket for sale and beneath it we can list meals from the Food Menu as a button list. Buy a ticket and buy a bottle of wine. But you cannot buy the wine WITHOUT the ticket. Read my Blog Post

Finally I updated the SeatPlanMaker to v2 so that creating a Seat Plan for Design Mode was a little easier. Now we can plot our seat coordinates with colors, size and rotate values, save it to CSV and import into osConcert v10.2 and generate Reserved Seating fast. I may have to make a video for my YouTube Channel just to show how easy it is.

That's the new features but as always there are lots of improvements and bugs are very rare.
