osConcert can be configured in many ways for all kinds of projects.

Let me try to remember some set ups we have helped ticket sellers with over the years and across the world.

• Small Cinema with three seat plans for each Screen.
• Outdoor Theatre with Reserved Seating and General Seating Areas.
• Seat sponsorship with no price but a commitment to donate.
• Small Theatre with no account sign up.
• Dual Language Festival also with dual payment system.
• Ice Rink with 45 minute change over General Admission Tickets.
• Steam Train Local Railway as Reserved Seating and General Tickets
• Box Office Reservations with Fast Checkout and eTickets.

Usually the checkout process required is for an Account Sign Up and Choice of Payment, Terms and Conditions at Confirmation and a success page with eTickets ready to open or download.

Other features, like 'Purchase Without Account' option, Ticket Holder Name fields, Extra Fields added to collect more data can be added into the checkout process.

Sometimes users prefer to have NO account system 'Purchase NO Account' and a faster route to the confirmation and no eTickets.

I personally do not recommend users disable the customer account feature if they are actively selling eTickets simply because customers will forget to download their eTickest or they will lose their tickets and you as Administrator can easily ask them to login to their account to retrieve their eTickets there. Otherwise you will be doing a ot of work to send them their eTickets from the Administration.

I have created a special Demonstration to allow prospects to try the different checkout processes.

Here i added a small interface that will allow the user to set 'Purchase No Account', disable payment method choice (for one payment method) and disable the Terms and Conditions. Additionally there are settings to reduce the amount of fields at sign up down to the basic Name and Email (Country/State is usually fixed)
