How to get started?
osConcert is a standalone adapted open source PHP application. You'll need to have Web Hosting with up to PHP8.4 and a MySQL database as of October 2025
How easy is it to get started with osConcert?
Fortunately, it’s pretty easy these days to acquire basic web hosting and manage everything yourself. Here is a quick overview of what you have to do.
Do you already have a website?
osConcert will install next to your WordPress or other Apps. We just need a database and about 500mb of available space.
I don't have access to my server what do I do?
If you already run a restricted website like Wix or Squarespace you won't be able to install osConcert there. The only way is to purchase a domain name or arrange a sub-domain with something like a cPanel Web Hosting account and link to and from your main website.
Simply write us an email and tell us all about your project. You can contact us directly by email: projects@osconcert.com
We can help set up and configure everything.
We offer a PRO package and we can take care of everything very quickly.
Seat Plan Integration
If you just want your seat plan layout integrated with osConcert Theatre Ticketing Software, we can deliver the whole software ready for you to install at your web hosting. Send an image of your proposed seat plans and we will quote you a price for the integration.
General Admission projects
We build a lot of projects apart from Reserved Seating. We undertake Event Admission Ticketing ...like events for the entire season or a month of daily events with or without session times that will expire appropriately.
If you are already familiar with Web Hosting and PHP apps ...that's great!. We give you the opportunity to download the whole theatre ticketing software complete with installation instructions. All I asked is a Support Fee for one year and that helps me take care of any issues you may encounter.
What sort of events can I create after installation?
Immediately you can Design and Create Your Own Seat Plans with osConcert FREE SEAT PLAN MAKER. Furthermore you will be able to create unlimited General Admission Events. If you want a more complex Seat Plan Integration simply contact us and we can deliver you a database import and patch files.
How to pay the Support Fee?
