osConcert specializes in both Visual Reserved Seating and General Admission ticketing, allowing venues to manage multiple event types from a single system. The software includes advanced venue mapping, Box Office P.O.S functionality, and unlimited General Admission event creation.

One of the most unique features of osConcert is its visual seating technology. Since September 2021, osConcert has included a powerful feature called DESIGN MODE, where administrators can create and customize their own seating layouts directly within the system. Box Office staff can even rearrange seating objects from the front end when required.

Since 2024, we have also provided a free online SeatPlanMaker tool that allows users to design and arrange seating layouts visually and export them as CSV/Excel files for further editing and integration into osConcert. This makes it possible to create highly detailed venue layouts and generate multiple seating plan variations with ease.

Beginning with osConcert 10.3 in May 2026, the platform also integrates styling and responsive design concepts from the CyberGord Web Engine. This introduces a modernized template system with improved responsive layouts, hero sections, color themes, light and dark modes, advanced footer options, media-driven backgrounds, and easier visual customization for administrators.

In addition to the software itself, we also provide professional seat plan integration services. We can create and integrate your venue layouts directly into osConcert and assist with more complex setups, including:
