In version 10.3 there is now a new feature that will assist users when they have to cancel an event in a hurry.

Clicking Cancel Event will give the Administrator the option of Cancelling the Event or Undo Cancellation

Cancelling and event will preserve the Event Display for the public but will set any available seats/or tickets to HIDDEN mode.

Already Reserved Seats /Sold Tickets will remain visible.

Undoing this procedure will return the available seats back to normal status.

When Cancelling the main image will be replaced by a placeholder image - cancelled.png
