osConcert is very powerful and can be a little intimidating for new users but with my help it can be simplified. We have users selling tickets for daily shows, mixing Reserved Seating, General Admisson and even Merchandise with teams of Box Office Agents and implementing successful scanning of tickets via multiple smartphones while taking payments with established Gateways like Paypal to popular third party secure Credit Card Payment Gateways.
